At Seat Surgeons, we specialise in creating bespoke upholstery solutions that deliver both luxury and performance. For this project, we upgraded a VW Transporter with a custom sports foam installation, tailored to enhance comfort and style.
Our sports foam upgrade is designed with long-distance driving in mind. It provides firm, ergonomic support while remaining exceptionally comfortable, helping to minimise fatigue on both short commutes and extended journeys. The high-density foam also offers excellent durability and shape retention, giving the seats a more sculpted, supportive feel.
For the finish, we used Black standard leather paired with a striking Alcantara hexagon design, accented by Silver Grey stitching. This contrast adds a sleek, motorsport-inspired look that complements the VW Transporter’s dynamic character.
